Wendy Hoffman Chief Operating Officer
Wendy is responsible for project management, design lead, feasibility and zoning analyses, marketing as well as developing equity financing relationships. She is an architect-developer with extensive experience in residential and hospitality development and holds a LEED GA certification. Prior to co-founding Iris Development, she was a veteran designer with Wimberly, Allison, Tong and Goo (WATG), she collaborated on multi-million dollar contracts with some of the world’s premier hospitality companies, such as Starwood, Intercontinental, Four Seasons, Hilton Conrad and Taj Hotels.
Wendy, who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, holds a B.A. in Architectural Studies from the University of Washington and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, where she represented the university in ULI’s annual Gerald D. Hines Urban Design Competition, placing among the top four finalists out of 139 teams.
