Working in partnership with the New Orleans Housing Authority through ground leases, Iris Development is adding 110 mixed-income rental housing units in high-opportunity areas across the city, primarily through duplexes and small missing middle housing. Replacing former public housing destroyed during Hurricane Katrina, this project will provide modern housing opportunities to 78 households with Section 8 vouchers.
